You did do your LOOT etc for conflicts and such?
With everyone no longer around, my money would be on the time schedule one doing something wrong.. but if the mod has no known issues, it could be it with a conflict / load order out of place.
Maybe i can just wait for a while in-game and maybe they will be reset and go back to their normal state?
This is not going to be an issue for that.. but AFT needs to be the last thing before a bash patch. Otherwise anything effecting followers overrules it.
It would be better to see your actual LOOT order.
And what is this Bashed Patch that people talk about? I don't use Wyre Bash and I am not wasting another month doing nothing but setting up my game (No seriously, it took me a week for me to get used to Mod Manager and downloading all the mods I needed and i don't wanna start doing the same thing over and over again with another program now)

Like I said, I am not sure about run for your life, but it is one I recall reading had a problem at some point. Never used it, so no idea on the accuracy of that.
AFT awont show any issue either, until you try to use it on followers if they are custom, or some other follower change has been made. It has to be the last mod in load order to get full function.
That is basically what a bash does. Wyre Bash condenses mods ESP and level list when it can to let them work together. It prevents mods that add item to spawn list or crafting etc for example to not be where they should do to another mod overriding.. IE Magic Sword 11 should be a spawn item, but it never does because Magic Hat 11 occupies the spot. It also allows you to ' bash ' some esp's into to one and cut down your mod list count.
Funny you should say that about setting up mods. Ilja and I just mentioned this morning, how after all these years we still work at our mods. I have like 6 perma ones. The rest change often. It gets easy and quick once you know how.
But on to you.
Check Runs mod page. Just in case.
Check the Spouse page. Look for a report.

When i married him, he won't talk to me to ask me where we should live so i did manually (just walked up to him and talked to him myself) I told him we should move (even though we never had any home) and then told him to go to Breezehome. But just after that, he then asks me again, but when he was done talking, he just stops and leaves and no dialouge apperared for which home to pick. Then, he won't follow me even when i ask. and i couldn't sleep with him either, it keeps saying invalid bed and when i finally managed to sleep (by speaking to him in his sleep so he can get up and then sleep in the bed fast before he does) I don't get the Lovers Comfort bonus, which means the game is not seeing him as my spouse, or at least not as one in Whiterun, probably because i was too impatient for him to talk to me automatically for a home. But when i got rid of the AFT tweaks from him with the spell, he reseted and started working perfectly fine and he now counts as my spouse.
Although that has nothing to do with the Whiterun problem, it may still lead to a clue that something is wrong?
Anyways, do i really have to put AFT last in the mod order? I feel like if that may actually break some stuff in my game rather than fix things and Mod Organizer will probably give me errors that "AFT should be loaded before this! etc."
Anyways, i will try to fix it myself now...
Load order is the key on just about anything in the mods. Be it from preventing CTD, corrupt saves or just plain working right. There are some configs that I am sure work well with AFT at above the base, and as far as your actual issue, it is probably irrelevant where it is. But if your using AFT with custom spouses, or other mod changes to spouses it needs to be last. Otherwise you get a lot of dorked issues involving followers and whatever mod messing with AFT and vice versa.
Best example at play. Vilja. Put her before AFT, you want to not use her clothes settings, because AFT has clothing assignment built in. Using hers just gets dorked. Put her after AFT and you have no control at all but what her built in assigns. Any AFT commands that you use dork your save and her AI package. ( that may be fixed now.. but I dont use her. I am one of the few that never liked her.. )
Sofia ( another famous ) She is fine with AFT. As long as AFT is after. Before. Dorked.
Just using AFT here as an easy example. But load order is key, and some things you have to manually do. One more example. PSQ needs to go before Better Vamps. Loot normally dumps it after. Wont work correctly. It dorks out Better Vamps feeding. LOOT is a GODSEND. But it is not always immaculate. Cannot live without it tho'. I have no plans to sort 180 mods by hand. I know two that need moved. I move them. Functions are fine. All is well.
NOW. Any luck on tracking down that issue while I was away? :)
I tried putting AFT, both the esp and the file from the left panel in MO, last in the load order but it gives me the error that "AFT should be after/before these other mods, or your game will ♥♥♥♥ up"
I think i should just play the game normally or wait for like a few days and see if it will work ok...
You think I'm stupid enough to not know that?
