Throwing Weapons?
I'm playing as a Thief, and as a Thief I like to use Daggers, but it's an One Hand weapon, this means the another hand stay free. I would like to know if there's any Ranged Weapon that can I use in the other hand.

I don't want use another Dagger neither Shield because I want to stay in character, I want to do a nice Role Play, this means I will not use Axes, Swords, Shields, Wands/Staffs nor Magic, no "non-thief" weapon, if you know what I mean.

What do you guys suggest to me to use in the other hand?
PS.: No MODs, Vanilla only.

If you're going to be a stealthy thief I recommend using some illusion spells in your free hand. Illusion spells come in handy when you want to minuplate others around you, especially as as stealth character. Fury is always a blast to see when two bandits kill each other. Muffle is another great spell that makes you move silently. Unfortunately if you want any other thrown weapons you're going to have to download mods. Archery is an option, but it requires two hands,

I will think about in Illusion Spells, if I use some Dark spell, something from the Shadow, will make sense =)

Edit: I will go with Invisibility only, thanks for the hint.

Illusion is great: Muffle, Invisibility. Calm spells are great if you get caught and want to run away too. Alteration could work too with some of the utility spells like Waterbreathing, Telekinesis, Detect Life (great for scouting out somewhere you're breaking in to), and Paralysis. If you want to get more heavy into casting, you could use Runes, from Destruction, Alteration, and Restoration, as traps.

Otherwise you can just use a 2nd dagger, or you'll have to find mods. I THINK there is one somewhere for one-handed crossbows, but I've never used it so I don't know how well they are balanced or if they can even be used in the off-hand.

The hassle in Skyrim is you need to level magic up and invisiblity is great but it's a level 75 illusion spell so till your at least L70 in illusion you won't be able to buy or find the spell.

To cast and stay unheard you need the quiet casting perk from the alteration tree with has a Level 50 requirement. (which also seems to make enemies blind to the vivid spells)
Both help immensely for a thief, but need to be worked on to get them.

Invis is on vendors starting at 65 skill IIRC, but your point still stands. Muffle does help a lot and it's only an Apprentice level spell I think. Quiet Casting is also in Illusion, not Alteration, so you can skip Alteration entirely if you want (I wouldn't though).

Thanks for the correction Zsrai, You are totally correct.
Yep I love Illusion and Alteration use both to such an extent I mix them up. Illusion certainly helps for any thief build. To cloud the minds of all enemies.

NOW that the actual question is answered..

For when you / anyone may decide to use a mod thrown weapon:

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/53792/? Craftable throwing dart. It is a silent Dart ranged attack. Out of the box it is very low power, but a great first attack for a sneaky type. Fits in the RP imo for a thief / assasin. You can TESe it to fit your taste dmg wise.

One handed ranged weapons do not exsist in Vanilla so you will have to mod if you want them, other than that your best bet is using Illusion spells like Muffle and Invisibility. If I find any interesting 1h ranged mods I'll let you know.

Well that had me googling onehanded ranged weapons for skyrim.
Which brought up One Handed Crossbows ... you could dualwield crossbows or shield and crossbow. I'll have to give it a good look
