stuck in a cave... sightless pit.

i dont remember the reason for coming into this cave, but i cant find away back out. i reach a lever that leads me to temple of xrib. then , its leads me to a door thats block from the other side. now i cant find the entrance that i came in from. im tryin to get out, but no luck.

help ?

Sightless pit is a dungeon you jumped down a hole to get in. You have to press forward to exit. You can always open the console and type

coc Whiterun

and then you are free to continue your journey.

i didnt know about skyrim having caves like this... but with ur help, im finally out. thanks!

Sightless pit is one of the places you need to stay away from. But you will need to go there at one point in one quest.

Well if you use the Dwemer Storage Cube, I do and it is great, you'll get used to Sightless Pit. And it isn't hard at all if you have been there a couple of times. Even on Legendary.

Why would you need to stay away from any area in the game? While Sightless Pit can be difficult, it's certainly not impossible to get through.

No its not in general. But it is tedious to get out of there.

Well it is a Falmer stronghold, and they can be tough. At least if you're not a high enough level. IIRC, they start out at level 20.

hei i am stuck too, i have finished quest but when I take elevator to abandoned cave its maybe 20 meter korridor and nothing more no exit too, there is some dwarven pedestal but i dont have a key to that offcourse any advice?
