Something wrong with Haelga in Riften

I was doing the quest where you gather all the debts of three people and it was Haelgas' turn. When I first talked to her she obviously denied to pay up so I talked to the girl in the other room and then I found and obtained all the marks of dibella.
But now when I confront her (Haelga) once again, now with all three marks, she just says the usual 'that's now how things are here' quote and won't open up any other dialogue. The arrow indicating the quest hovers above her so I know it's the right time to confront her.
How do I fix this?

It's not a bug. The marks quest is completely seperate.
