Copyright Laws

I've recently been thinking about recording and uploading videos of 'Skyrim' to youtube but I am unsure of the copyright laws surrounding 'Skyrim' or 'Bethesda'.
I am also unsure of the 'copyright laws surrounding the monetization of youtube videos containing your games content.'

making a video of you playing the game is alright the law only apply if trying to sell any right to it like the logo to a nother company or any thing that make the game run or make a copy and selling it as you made the game not them called copy infrigment

It does apply as copyright laws also apply to any footage of gameplay as the game its self was created and belongs to some one other than myself.
what I need to know are the secific boundaries of the copyright laws surrounding Bethesda and its game Skyrim.

I also need to know if Bethesda has any problem with the monetization of videos i post on youtube, if i post any videos on my channel TheTopHatTwo
And I have only just started the cannel and am looking into copyright laws.

To get a definitive answer, you'll have to contact Bethesda themselves.

I highly doubt Bethesda would have any real problem with it, just like (most) other game companies. It might be an issue if/when you start making significant money however, so you may want to contact them anyway.

EDIT: Actually, definitely conact them before doing anything. Their (well, Zenimax's) Terms of Service are rather strict, and they have been known to be quite anal about copyright.
