Hey.
I don't think there exists a " fortify enchantment" enchantment and therefore i can't use it.
* Blue Butterfly Wing
* Hagraven Claw
* Spriggan Sap
* Snowberries
They will be stronger if you wear Alchemy-boosting items while making them.
I made a potion with 4 pieces on which i have +24 % alchemy.
I got a potion with foritfy enchantment +9% :l .not worth it at all.
i guess my alchemy is too low.
also, i can buy a +25% fortify enchantment but as i said before, it is not really helping, since the enchantments are already weak.

My game is heavily modded but I'm using 9 pieces of gear with fortify enchanting, same with fortify smithing than again I'm wearing like 20 pieces of gear all enchanted with something. If I remember correctly once you find or buy an item with fortify enchanting you can break it to learn the perk and add it to the 4 base items.
Like it has already been said you need to level alchemy too.
Then wear stuff that has fortify alchemy.
Create a fortify enchanting potion.
Enchant new gear with fortify alchemy having drunk that fortify enchanting potion.
Like that you can get gear having 29 % fortify alchemy per applicable item.
Then when you reach that value create some more fortify enchanting potions and use these to create the gear you want.
Also some things get stronger in combination with others. One example i had yesterday (without enchanting potion):
Fire Damage on Dagger alone: 46 dmg
Chaos damage on Dagger alone: 130 (? around that value) dmg
Fire Damage AND Chaos Damage on one Dagger yields:
Fire Damge 108, Chaos Damage 130 (did not change)
The same goes with absorb health. Combined with fire damage you will notice that absorb health raises from 20 to exactly 30 (and the fire damage itself is also on 69 dmg instead of 46.
After that you can do exactly the same stuff using fortify smithing on gear and a strong fortify smithing potion.
Basically if you want good dear with good enchantments you have to level Enchanting, Alchemy and Smithing.
Like that i created a Dragonbone Dagger having:
134 Damage
104 Fire Damage
163 Chaos Damage

That kills almost everything on Legendary Difficulty when doing a stealth attack.
As a side note: There is an exploit using fortify restoration potions to get really really strong gamebreaking enchantments. Maybe you would want to do that if enchantments like that are really too weak for you. (Not my cup of tea though)
