What level should I be for DLC?

So I've been thinking about purchasing all the DLC for this game. I beat it on my PS3 years and years ago, but I stuck to only the main quest. Just playing it again, and I'm level 45 and hardly through the main quest, I keep doing side quests :p
If I buy the DLC, will the included stuff scale to my level, or should I wait until I beat the game..?
Also, does it let you level up passed 100 at all?

Stuff will scale with your level.

The soft level cap is 81, but there is no hard cap. You can progress above 100 and further, if you keep making skills Legendary.

for dawngaurd you can just go to the rift and sart it by going to the cave on left of the city down the road path then it by a log at any lvl to start it and have serana as a follower

Awesome thanks guys :D I didn't realize, but the whole game scales with you leveling up, that's a relief >.> I'm level 52, and I remember being where I am now at like level 20. Everything drugar deathlords, I'm glad it scales xD
