is there a Mod on Skyrim Special Edition on Xbox One where I can Marry Lydia?

it is able to be married by default. I married her when I first played without mods.

Marriage with lydia is default i think you need to be with her for a while then wear the mara amulet when you talk to her.

I can never recall which followers are marriable and which are not.

Marriage has just few simple steps.

1. Is the character part of Marriageable faction?
   
2. Does the person have relationship rank 4? (Automatic with Lydia).
   
3. Have you spoken about marriage with Maramal?
   
4. Do you have an Amulet of Mara?
   
5. Additional: Do character have a proper voice pack to manage marriage?

If answer to first four question is "Yes" and to fifth question "can be managed" (by some means), then marriage can happen.

There are no other factors.

There's a few rumours about her flying around Whiterun ...
Lets just say she was "seen" with people ...

I mean... ...forget that I said anything.

I have actually never played with Vilja. My knowledge is based on rumours and videos. I might want to try and play with her.

And I do know how someone is going to take that comment.

But I really like "Hunting the Flag" in Whiterun plains. All the cute sabre cat kittens around.

Yep. I might need to get some sleep. Just not yet. Few runs around plains. Maybe then. :p

You don't need her to follow you around at all. Her relationship rank is set to 4 by default, as I wrote in reply #5.
