Which mod organizer to use?
I made Skyrim vanilla again because there was a mod that broke it completely and the only to way save it was to do clean reinstall, which failed after 3 attempts and i haven't touched it for 3 years.

But now i am back. I have finally made skyrim vanilla again after reading the instructions more clearly. Now i am about to...
Make Skyrim great again with mods

But this time i am not going to be sloppy and careless this time. I am going to use a mod organizer. The main reason my game broke was because i used a mod without one.
But i don't know which one to use. People have been saying Wyre Bash but i have heard that its complicated and it has a learning curve which i don't like.
Is there any other mod organizer or is it best to use Nexus Mod Manager? Or should i still download manually and just stay away from the complicated mods?

Skyrim... I have missed you :d2antimage:

EDIT:I have decided to use MO. Sorry that i asked too many questions and kept puttign this thread on top, but i wasn't able to play this game for 3 years because of my carelessnes. Now i am taking EVERY PRECAUTION when possible.

Then i have decided. Mod Organizer it is.

But what happens if a mod is uncompitable with MO? Is it possible?
Asking if a mod is uncompatible with a mod manager is like asking if your eye is compatible with your eyesocket. The only way for it to be uncompatible would be for it to be a mess of blood and flesh.
So ALL mods work with MO? Even the very little known ones where modders don't really know about MO themselves?

Mod Organizer is another gift from the gods...

I am sorry that i keep necroing and asking questions, but i am seriously insecure and unsure about my game. I wasn't able to play this for 3 years because of this and i am tryng to take EVERY PRECAUTION that is possible.

as said by JDaremo, all mods are following a mod pattern to be recognized by skyrim. Mod managers use these patterns to manipulate those mods into the game. Which means that only non-mods wouldn't work with mod managers.

But you have to understand that a mod working with a mod manager might just be a total screw up and mess of a mod, leading to an unplayable game.

You can have a bullet in the right shell, but if it does not have powder, It will never work in a gun.

Anyways, after the Immersive Creatures Mod that i installed (The cause of my game breaking 3 years ago) I am going to be very careful. Read the entire mod description, Read the comments about their expirence, their reviews etc.

It sounds overprotective and you are right. But anyways, i think its done here. I have decided to use MO.

Awesome! You'll soon discover the wonderfull world of modding, where skyrim becomes not only the best game, but also YOUR game. Because of all the great mods allowing infinite customisation.

Feel free to ask tips when things don't seem to go right, we all made mistakes at the beginning and still right now(less frequently ofc).

edit : And yeah, it's not being overprotective but just being careful, as people should do for every things in life.

I am not new to modding. Skyrim was always my game even when i installed manually. There were so many mods and to think that half of them were from the workshop and that i didn't get a single CTD in my life, i must have been very careful before but the mod that broke my game never warned me that I NEED TO USE A MOD MANAGER. It just said use it and thats it.

But now with MO. I hope that changes
