Best way to level speech legit?

I don't want to use mods or console commands. I wanted to marry the elf In solitude from radiant raymonts but it requires you to invest in her store to get her to like you enough. I just wanted to find an easier way to gain the ability to invest at least. (Speech lvl 70 required) Thanks in advance

get a lot of gold, and just buy and resell a ton of stuff with one vendor

Make sure that anything you sell, if it stacks, is sold one at a time. I usually make a bunch of high value potions or jewelry and sell each one individually. The higher the value, the better.

Have 3000~ gold , buy it up in solitude to 60-65 steal back your money everytime you do(or not if you dont want to save-scum)

Sell items... if you have large stacks sell them one by one because selling the big stack will only give one skill incerease and not many..(boosted by using the thiefs stone and sleeping (35%))

One free skillpoint in whiterun by bringing a mamoth tusk to the woman at the market.

The best way to level speech, is to obtain the Thief Stone and a sleeping bonus.

Then go to Markarth temple of Dibella and obtain the Blessing of Dibella, then keep donating a gold piece to beggars for the Gift of Charity bonus to have the bonus on you when speaking to NPC's.

If you can use any potions that boost persuassion instead of the gift of charity it is ideal.

You also want to obtain an Amulet of Dibella and the Masque of Clavicus Vile.

The reason for that is that the higher your Persuassion is boosted, the more XP you gain when performing the persuassion attempts that many NPC's offer.

When you first go to Whiterun the guard approaches you and you have to persuade him to let you in. The same goes for Riften. I usually go to Markarth before going to Whiterun, so I don't waste the XP from the Whiterun guard.

There are alot of those NPC's in Skyrim and using them with fortified persuassion will give you masssive XP.

Raid the tombs you already cleared. Go back for plates, pots, and extra stuff. Save everything, and place extra weight in chests for later.

Use Volsung instead of the other. Some people like to steer clear of those quests.
