[FIXED] No One Escapes Cidhna Mine Bug
After finishing "The Forsworn Conspiracy" quest, I was put into the "No One Escapes Cidhna Mine" quest and decided to kill Madanach, loot his body, read his note and leave. However, upon exiting the Markarth ruins nothing happens. The quest objective still states "Escape Cidhna Mine" and I can't end the quest. Isn't Thonar supposed to come and give me a ring or something?

I managed to fix this bug by turning off the Open Cities mod.
