Skyrim First person bug, what do I do?
So, I've spent the last three days trying to fix animation / skeleton glitches that occurs me, not only in modded one, but even in VANILLA Skyrim. I also made another post here: steamcommunity.com/app/72850/discussions/0/1326718197208010343/ and I managed to fix the not moving character, but there are still these awkard visual bugs. Can anybody help me? I uploaded everything here: https://youtu.be/F7g2fGBmD5k , it's just a 3 minutes video, just to make you see what happens. Please, I tried everything, I don't know what to do now.

Let's first make sure that your official master files are not damaged.

[Quick link] Validating master files
http://steamcommunity.com/app/72850/discussions/0/535150948617437868/

If that does not solve the issue, then I need to know if you have disabled any mods from ongoing game? Skyrim bakes script data to save files, so that could also cause the issue.

I usually ask that first, but I noticed some mesh issues as well, which is why I recommend checking file integrity right from the start.

I tried what said in the link, but it did nothing. Anyway, well, In the save I shown, no, it's a clear save. But from my main save, yes, I had 80ish mod installed, and since I had these issues, I decided to unable them, just to make sure that original skyrim worked. It didn't. This was the modlist:

I checked the previous thread. You had warnings in FNIS. There should be none. Each of them is an issue that needs to be solved.

Important part there was that the generator was not ran from correct location. Genreator must be both installed and ran from:

...SteamApps/common/skyrim/Data/tools/GenerateFNIS_for_Users/GenerateFNISforUsers.exe

Your current Generator path is:

Generator: C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim - Legendary Edition\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISforUsers.exe

That must be fixed.

You also have UFO. That mod is out of date and has potential to cause several weird issues in the game. I used it for a long time, but I can not recommend usingit anymore. It would be a lot better for your game to switch in to up to date follower mod, like EFF if IAFT. I will link both of them below. See which one works better for you.

Extensible Follower Framework by Expired
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12933/?

Immersive Amazing Follower Tweaks by chinagreenelvis
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71689/?

Edit: I forgot to remind that replacing UFO requires a new game. There is no way around that, because game bakes script data to save files.

Aside from these, disabling ESP/ESMs won't stop the game from loading any loose asset files mods may've placed into your Data folder.

Yes. Good reminder. I always forget to think of that. I am too used of modding the game with MO.

ESM and ESP are file extensions in your load order.

  • ESM stands for Elder Scrolls Master. These files must always be loaded first, before other files in your game. Each manager will automatically position them at the top of the load order.

  • ESP stands for Elder Scrolls Plugin. These files are general plugin files (the ones in your load order, after ESM files). It is important to note that some of them may act as masters to other mods, despite not being ESM files. That practise is usually avoided though, except when creating patches between plugin files, where creating ESP as a master for another ESP is required.

Didn't you preivously have XP32 Maximum Skeleton in your game? It is not reading the skeleton now, but it is being ran from correct location. That is a good thing.

Reinstall PCEA2. It is incomplete and missing files, or installed to wrong location. Are you using Nexus Mod Manager (NMM) to install your files? It should position them to correct location.
Corinze May 6, 2017 @ 3:12am
Rerun FNIS again this time down in bottom either check or uncheck the second box Skeleton ArmFix.
Ilja May 6, 2017 @ 3:14am
Skeleton ArmFix should actually be there, if custom skeleton is used. Vanilla skeleton has an issue, which custom skeleton needs to patch through FNIS generator.

Edit: If custom skeleton is not used, then that setting is pointless.

Thing is, there's a problem with vanilla animations. I used to have xp32, but it's uninstalled right now. The one in the video was vanilla Skyrim, not modified, so why is that problem still there?
Nicklaj May 6, 2017 @ 3:35am
And, yes, I install everything via NMM

And to expand on this;

ESM / ESP files may be accompanied by BSA files with the same names. These contain all sorts of assets - meshes, textures, and so on. If the associated ESP / ESM files are enabled then the associated BSA files (and thus their contents) will be loaded by the game.

But some mods don't use BSA files - instead, they either don't need extra mesh / texture / etc files, or they dump them directly into your Data folder. In these cases, those "extra" files get loaded whether their ESM / ESP files are enabled or not.

If you check against this guide[wiki.step-project.com] and find that you have any files in your Skyrim\Data folder that it doesn't state you should keep (other than ESM / ESP / BSA files), then there's some chance that those extra files are your problem.
