Thanks a bunch tho, you're the most help I've gotten in this matter.
The best way to fix this is to strip the house bare, whatever you can grab or is not nailed down, take it.
open console and type coc qasmoke,
make a manual save not a quick save,
close Skyrim and deactivate the hearthfire esm and any associated esp's also mod esp's that are dependent on Hearthfire.
Start game and load the save in coc qasmoke,
repeat save as mentioned above and close Skyrim,
Reactivate Hearthfire and all mods dependant on Hearthfire,
start Skyrim and load manual save,
open console and type coc riverwood, then go back to Falkreath and buy the land again. either this way or start a fresh game. as that glitch is now embedded in your save file.
I'll be trying some stuff out now, I'll return if I get any progress.
Thanks, but I'm reeeaaaly not prepared to do that quite yet. If all else fails and I'm really desperate I might. But there's still options to explore.
I'm thinking it also might have to do with my wife, and the bard is only a result of that. I noticed that (when trespassing) if I wake my wife, I stop trespassing, but if I wake anyone else, it won't work. The moment my wife sleeps again I start trespassing and my bard starts following me around like a douch.
I think I might need to remary her? Because I have a mod installed that may have affected her.
I could either install some kind of divorce mod temporarily, then remarry and unload the mod to reset our marriage state if that's the issue, then have her move in again. I could also make a backup save, kill my dearest, then see if the glitche persists, if it does not, than the root of the problem may be with my wife. in which case we'll just renew our vows and see what happens. :P
