Aproaching Arkngthamz CTD
I have all four shards for the Lost to the Ages quest and I have read the book giving me the miscellaneous task to go to Arkngthamz however when I aproach the door the game CTD before I'm close enough to end.

I've tried verifying my game files, I installed USLEEP, I tried installing the regular game patch with the DLC patches separately, I have no mods, I tried loading an older save before I had even read the book or seen the shards and it still crashes. Arkngthamz is unapproachable, any help?

Do you have the Unofficial Patch? If you have 'no mods' you probably dont.

It is also recommended that you read the book then visit Arkngthamz before obtaining any shards. Getting any shards before going to Arkngthamz can bug the quest.

Use Usleep instead that one is newer and have active support the other ones dont have that.
Dont use them at the same time. That is not one good idea.

I currently have USLEEP the original patch and all the dlc patches installed but only USLEEP is set to load on start up

You can not possibly have all shards without visiting that place.

You cant have them installed, remove them.

Oh and you say that you have all 4, you cant have that since 1 is actually inside Arkngtamz.
Have you used the console?

Wow...way to be preemptively judgemental and unnecessarily rude to someone asking for help. I meant to say I have 3, I went to the other locations after not being able to get into Arkngthamz thinking made it was just a fluke and if I did other missions it might fix itself. I have tried running it with ONLY USLEEP installed as well and that is ineffective as well.

Plus, it's MY copy of the game why should i pay any price for doing something with a game I own and is not affecting other player? lol
