Weird glow around my character

I got this weird glow around my character in skyrim, and i dont know where it came from. I noticed if i go high in the mountains to the greyboards it goes away. But its very annoying and i cant see in the distance.

I do have alot of texture mods installed, but i dont know (if one causes it) which one causes it.

I did that, and to be honest i have no idea what i all did. But now it says bashed patch.esp needs "unofficial skyrim patch" AND "unofficial skyrim legendary edition patch". But both patches arent compatible wit heach others

Ok work is forcing me to earn my pay today.
To disable bashed patch with NMM just uncheck it under mob tab and recheck the mods it merged.
Or
Go to your Skyrim folder and you'll see bashedpatch.esp and just delete it. Reactivate the mods it merged.

That error message I would guess you have old mods that don't work with the newer ULSEP. It might be the highres texture packs, I'm not sure because I don't use them. Installing 2k Textures or SMIMs would be better, both offer 1k, 2k or 4k options. Graphics will be better plus they are optimised better.

LOOT is not showing them as a error? They should not be needed since you have USLEP.

Try to remove the plugins that Corinze suggest from your data folder. You dont need them.

Loot said it was a error and they were already disabled hence there were no numbers before them

Ok what must be happening is WyreBash is reading them. You would have to uncheck them before building the bashed patch.

Natural Lighting Vivid Atmospherics
ELFX - Weathers
EnhancedLightsandFX

i don't use them but there may be a conflict there,perhaps read through the requirements on those mods

Do you have one mod that needs any of them?
When you make your Bashed patch. Consider to delete the old one first. It can help to.

Hmm well I removed the bashed patch and tweaked around a bit, didn't really change anything but it seems gone now. I have a strong feeling its some kind of weather which isn't drawn correctly, and ofcourse its not always that particular weather so i dont always see it.

UPDATE: I fixed it, it seems on of the mods was causing the rain to be so weird. I disabled rain in enbseries.ini and now it works. Thanks for ya help all
