Being a vampire sucks

I just wen't through the first quest in the dawnguard DLC, brought the vampire lady back and now I'm a vampire lord. I don't really want to be a vampire. I'd much rather be one of the vampire hunters. Plus the not being able to get health, stamina and magica back in the sun is a total pain in the ass! im not too far and can still go back If I need to. what can I do? Am I stick being with the vampires and now need to go back to an earlier save?

Also, The Better Vampires mod makes being a vampire a lot of fun.

The Dawnguard are more interesting to hang around. They have a lot of specialized gear and weapons plus spells.
If you're really curious just make a save before you've decided either way. Play through one side, then the other.

I always thought it was fun to play as a vampire, balanced with lychanthropy as lychanthropy isnt AS strong, but it has little to no downsides, but being a vampire can be insanely strong if you play stealth and refuse to eat. granted in the daylight you better not be in a fight my friend.
But I would say if you dont enjoy the murdering others for a better position but do prefer to fight whenever you like and up in peoples faces than just go dawngaurd. I actually havent played a save where I got the most out of them, I would in the current save if I didnt want to play a vampire lord.

They're right, you should always save before becoming a vampire, and Falion can help you if you are too late to do so. However, there is at least one mod that gives your vampire lord awesome power. Skyrim is full of choices. :)
