HDT Argonian Tails problem

Hey, I'm having a trouble with an HDT mod. It replaces the tails for argonians and khajits with HDT ones that have physics, and was working fine up until recently. Now my Argonian's tail is completely stiff and sticks out perfectly perpendicular to her body. There's not even the vanilla sway to it when she walks. The HDT extension seems to work for everything else, though (T&A).
