It seems you want to tweak mods, I can't help in detail since I'm still in the learning stage but this vid is good in general. Once in you can modify also.

Lucan in Riverwood for example - EDID is MerchantRiverwoodTraderChest, and if you scroll down through all his items he has for sale you'll find an entry for 1 potion of cure disease. You will need to copy that whole container record for Lucan into a new mod, call it something like 'Vendors don't sell cure disease potion', and in your new mod right-click and remove the entry for the potion. It should just leave a blank space with all the other items in his chest intact.
You'll will need to do the same for all the other vendors that sell it, editing each of their specific chests to remove the potion, and the LItemPotionCureHMS levelled list needs editing also as that supplies extra potions to mechants chests.
Seems like a tedious process if i look at the amount of merchants that are in the game.
but it should be doable, as that is the only thing i need to edit for as 2 mods kinda conflict with each other. ( not in game instability ) as the mod ineed and alchemyoverhaul mod kinda nullifies the some gameplay of the other, Ineed has different kind of cures for different kind of diseases. but alchemy overhaul puts cure all disease back in the game. i tried different loadorders but that didnt work either.
took a while... and now I got a glimpse of the feelings actuall modders have to go through.
quite the time investing for something that minor.
well anyway thanks for your help.
like the statement above. there is indeed some satisfaction by bending a game to your will.
