Too many scripts breaking game?
I don't have an excessive amount of mods, around 150. But I think I'm using heavier script mods with more survival/realism/some overhaul etc. I am getting random CTD

There's 0 errors and load order problems. So I'm assuming it might be too much for my computer?

That can be one thing. But then it should crash on load not after you have got it running.

You need to give us more information. Many ctd do come from mod conflicts.
Give us your loadorder and how have you installed your mods.

I decided to redownlaod because there some sloppiness in install and uninstalling mods. But overall many of the CTD were all over the place in random places some an hour after some 10 mins. It was pretty random.

Random CTD are mostly coming from bad loadorders and bad installation order.
Most modern mods are tested if they work whit almost all mods including those so called adult mods.

What tool do you use for installation?

NMM I was going to ask is Mod organizer a better tool?

NMM is overwriting files. MO only virtually overwrite them. With MO you can change your install order (without reinstalling them) to solve conflicts. You should change to MO.

I highly recommend Mod Organizer. Took a couple hours to learn how to use it but it's a much much better tool then NMM.

It could be too much for the game itself. The original Skyrim is only a 32 bit program, and as such can only access up to 4 gig of RAM. If there are a lot of scripts and high res textures running then you could be exceeding that limit, which can cause the game to crash. If you think that might be the problem, you'd be better off playing the Special Edition, since it's a 64 bit program and doesn't have that memory restriction. It can use all the RAM that you have installed on your system, after your OS has used it's share.

For a good discourse on Skyrim and RAM allocation, you might want to read this post by Bomb Bloke:
