Blue Body fix
I had this issue on one of my newer saves after i removed a couple tattoo mods that were causing my game to take longer time to save... so basically

I removed all the tattoo mods > loaded save that still had em > Giant smurf from the neck down

I found a EZ PZ Mac n Cheezy fix!

I had a couple old saves from before i put em on in my recycling bin took em out used em and boom no more smurf skin

Buuuut that save was a long ass time ago before i did s*** that would take over an hour to re-do, so i decided to be a lil smart ass

I took the .Skse file and renamed it to the same as my smurf skin save

In other words

Blue skin save:

Save 149 - Madria Twilight Sepulcher Inner Sanctum 19.34.33.ess
Save 149 - Madria Twilight Sepulcher Inner Sanctum 19.34.33.skse

Normal skin save:

Save 106 - Madria Nightingale Hall 15.30.06.ess
Save 106 - Madria Nightingale Hall 15.30.06.skse

I took the:

Save 106 - Madria Nightingale Hall 15.30.06.skse

and renamed it to

Save 149 - Madria Twilight Sepulcher Inner Sanctum 19.34.33.skse

And presto f***ing majesto BAM

My latest save no longer looks like a f***ing giant smurf with a human mask

If this helped you... i dunno suck my ♥♥♥♥ or something i'll take it as a compliment :)

You may no longer have the blue body issue, but you are also almost guaranteed to in all likelihood have broken your game. Even if issues do not crop up immediately, there will undoubtedly be problems down the road.

I would recommend nobody ever try this. Likely to cause cascading errors in your save at some point.

blue skin is easly fixed if you use Racemenu,go into the body paint section play around with the colour sliders to a custom colour until you get the original skin texture back
