Dead in the water or no?

I am really looking forward to this game but IF the devs abandoned the game altogether then I want to know so I can remove it from my wish list.

Currently the project is frozen, lack of time :/ In the meantime another game project, Martial Law, is being developed. After finishing his, we will try to finish DEADWAR.
