i'm waiting for UC patch also. so i will hold on buying until there is UC patch.

There is a free one out there for every other game by this publisher, so I'm pretty sure it exists for this one also..
However steam recently forbid publisher and developers from directly posting the uncensor patches on the steam forums, so I guess we need to hope for a helpful user to get it to us.

Very recently, as in, just a few weeks ago.
You can check the other games by this publisher, for threads labelled "removed" that used to contain direct links to patches in the original post.
Censorship is always fun.. :(

Well, the patches are still made, it's just harder to find them now.
But yeah, I dont buy censored games unless I can reverse it with a patch, steam can keep it's conservative anti nudity propaganda out of my life.

Well the original CG set is readily available many sources under search for it's romaji title Boukensha no Machi wo Tsukurou! 2 just need someone to make the patch to switch them

Unlike other games before you guys mentioned, this one is encrypted. So in order to get a patch, someone with very good skills would have to crack the protection and then write a software to unpack and repack it. And then you get the legal part of doing this...

Good point Rik67, but on the other end, it really isn't that hard for the developer to put the patch within their website but have a link leading to the patch but off their front page. If Steam is still have a problem with the patches, then just don't have the patch on the front page of your site but have it at least easy to find off of the front page.

Just link the game to your front page is all...let the massive legend of followers find the patch, from within your site, and link it here.

To go further, as you are already giving out free games for each early purchase, why not offer such a game to the person who privately states where to find the alleged patch at. Therefore elliminating the company's liablity.

To be honest though, the games don't have to have nudity but the "Flowers" and "Smiley Face" does get extremely annoying to look at. Why not just repost the banned image in the game but just draw clothes on it instead for those who elect to not getting the patch? That shouldn't be so hard and all as the PCs do most of the drawing work...so it seems.

1 point more is that isnt even real obsene content its just ero drawings nothing real
2 point is that a loot of games have erotic content and dont get cencored like the witcher .
they are just damaging the game . and i dont tink a child can buy this game or even choose it .

well @Enrlich you did exactly point out with one sentense why i say ALL DAY LONG that steam, a western company, is rejecting japanese culture and art even thou HEAVILY releasing games from there. If they cant get their brains from the old day's into the new ASIA world of playing AND contend, then they should cease their buisness alltogether. Hell their even releasing PORN MOVIES here! (made in the west obviously). If ya cant stand Hentai/Ecchi (both words are the same btw. their just different on the point of whats shown (Ecchi can show everything, yet no sex, wile hentai show's everything including sex, and steam is FULL OF ECCHI GAMES(with very few having hentai in them) then just dont release those games here and make them into a joke! The people DRAWING and DEVELOPING those games are equal , if not better, than most big company's these day's (save Compile Heart, their the Apex of game development!(nope this oppinion of mine was not bought, its what i belive in to the fullest)
