Anyone know how to install the DLC on PS4?

I can't download the DLC on PS4, anyone know what might be the problem? Is it not out yet, am I just dumb, is it hidden within menus, or is it supposed to come pre-downloaded? I really want to play this on PS4 and I don't know how.
