How is calculated that a play going to putback dunk instead just get a rebound, at the tutorial it's not described? So i can choose to do this or it is a lucky movement or depends of some variables like position, player's height, player's rebound...

I think it just happens automatically when you do a offensive rebound that's very close to the basket.
