The Four Endings

A Ending -Collect as many documents as you can. Make sure you get the pendant the robed person (not the Undertaker/grave digger kinda guy) drops.

B - ???

C -???

D - Look for Ken in the Hospital instead of helping Bob when you get the meds.

I have a feeling C or B is do everything for A but forget to pick up the pendant.

Also, anyone been able to open the safe in the Hospital safe room?

Thanks for telling me about Ending D. When I played it on my 3DS I got Ending A on my first playthrough. I haven't played since as I have no idea how to get the other endings.
Did anyone get 100% of the documents? I got 97%, but I am pretty sure I was rather thorough, so I thought it might be related to another ending. The one I am missing is the second to last document in the list. Maybe it's in the safe?
I couldn't find any walkthroughs on the net so I looked the game up on YouTube and found two Japanese Let's plays. The first one got Ending A and the second one Ending D, both had 97% of the documents like me.

I too think Ending B and C might have something to do with the safe. When I arrived at the safe spot in the hospital where the safe is located, it was locked. When I came back to fill up right before going to the point of no return, it was open, but empty. Anyway, that's my experience!

The last document is in the safe. I know that. I just can't figure out how to get into it.

It seems like the last two involve not getting the pendant and/or getting into the safe.

Which document are you missing besides the one that is probably in the safe? I have all of them except the second to last one and I have the pendant and Ending A. There is either a specific period of time where you can get into the safe or you have to be on a certain Ending path.

Yep. I'm going to have to play through without picking up the pendant and seeing if that brings me to B or C. I assume not getting the pendant gives me one of the two since that item is necessary for the A ending.

The A ending also doesn't tell what happened to the robed lady. She just stops showing up partway through the game, so I'm wondering if you get her as the final boss instead of the Undertaker looking guy.

I hope, I am mistaken, but doesn't picking up the pendant happen automatically? I am not sure, though, maybe you have to do it yourself. Also, I have a theory on the robed person, but ending A didn't do anything to explain them, so I think it happens in either B or C.

No, you have to go to the flashy bit and actively pick it up.

1, Do not skip Arisa hearing Kens voice in the director's room.

2, Do not grab escape Doc in Lab.

3, Now go play in the elevator.

If by any chance you don't get it go down the elevator & throw a rock to the far west wall & go back in the elevator. This part is just me because I kept doing crazy stuff before the safe key lol. Maybe this part is not needed because it would be unfair to us trying to 100% the game."

B and C require safe and that guy's play on the elevator clue is true just more confusing than my advice to time your bathroom breaks well in Corpse Party psp/3ds. Just ride the elevator up and down without going to the lab after getting it's key to get the safe key to drop.

What does skipping Ken's voice do though? I'm playing on 3DS and no one else has any guides or seems to be playing this game. I'm trying to just do whatever I can to do little things to get the other endings. I figured if you skip Ken's voice then grab the key, it might trigger her going in as she hears him but nope.

I've only gotten Ending D and so I'm trying to get endings C and B before I get A. But all the clues are confusing. I keep going up and down the elevator before AND after I get the lab key and nothing ever happens regardless of whether or not I skipped Ken's voice! I don't get it :(

Edit : I'm trying to get the safe key and that's what I mean with the elevator thing. I've only found people say you're supposed to ride it constantly to eventually get the safe key but I really don't get how it works.

OK that makes sense. I went to the Safe BEFORE I hit the lab and ended up getting ending B and was really confused but now I get what to do right.

So for future reference in case anyone else gets lost, I'm gonna try writting up what the ending requirements seem to be and spoiler tagging them just in case :

Ending A : Get as many files as you can, don't look for Ken when you find the meds and go straight to Bob. Use the Lab Key as soon as you find it then just beat the game.

Ending B : Get as many files as you can then get the safe key by riding the elevator to the underground lab up and down AFTER you get the LAB KEY until the cutscene triggers then go to the SAFE ROOM first to open the safe and then the LAB. Then just play like normal.

Ending C : Do NOT go back to the safe room in the mansion when you find the med kit for Bob. Instead, go look for Ken in the hospital when Arisa doesn't find Ken in the entrance hallway when she find the med kit. After that, wander around a bit (I, personally, ran around every room then went to the entrance) and Arisa will decide she can't find him and you can go to the mansion. Then just play like normal BUT trigger the Safe Key by riding the elevator in the hospital up and down AFTER getting the Lab Key and go to the safe then play like normal.

Ending D : Do NOT go back to the safe room in the mansion when you find the med kit for Bob. Instead, go look for Ken in the hospital when Arisa doesn't find Ken in the entrance hallway when she find the med kit. After that, wander around a bit (I, personally, ran around every room then went to the entrance) and Arisa will decide she can't find him and you can go to the mansion. Then just play like normal. Do not get the Safe Key or open the safe.

I'm missing Endings A and C myself but so far, this makes the most sense and I can't find any ending guides online.

Edit : I'm still unclear how to trigger the Safe Key reliably. I got it to happen for Ending B but not when trying to go for Ending A. I'm gone up and down the elevator to the Lab countless times before AND after I go into the Lab. Can someone clarify exactly what all triggers it every time?
