Grow vine to full size

It is broken?

I used a bucket on vine several times to grow it, but now any bucket and even grow potion just give +1 gem to me and vine not growing up.

I have no achievement for full sized vine and it's stopped growing already.

At some stage you need the green water to continue growing the plant... perhaps thats the problem, and it is not full size yet... first water, then green "water"... if it is indeed full size, then its a bug.. but mine unlocked fine.

This is indeed a bug. It has been fixed and will be rolling out in the next patch.
