Very glad to hear this! So far I'm enjoying the game a lot and I'm looking forward to the full release
Overcrowd (at least by default) stores saves in C:\Users\yourusernamehere\Documents\My Games
However, other games (A Plague Tale Innocence, Life Is Strange, Orwell, South Park - The Stick of Truth) happily find the My Games folder located in OneDrive (in my case *C:\Users\yourusernamehere\OneDrive*\Documents\My Games where the the marked section is stored as Windows user variable OneDrive)
Maybe a quick win could already be to prefer a My Games folder within OneDrive for backups, version control and portability?
For now, I've created a symlink to fool Overcrowd into saving the save files to OneDrive :p
Al is aware of the request.
Also just a reminder that a posting consisting entirely of "+1" is classes as Spam and a breach of the community guidelines.
This is a must have +1,
Not ideal but there are a couple of workarounds
As suggested above saving to One Drive folders
Uploading to Drive (although very manual)
Utilising Steam Remote Play (however this requires your primary machine to be powered on and logged in to Steam). I use this option to play via the Steam Link app on my Android tablet.
I have a dumb question: should I understand that the fact it appears as an option and that it is selected doesn't necessary mean this is already working for the game ?
(which seems not indeed, since I don't find my saves on the other computer)
I can see there is an interest in cloud saves and will see if I can take a look a this when I get a moment and get to understand what impact it would have/look at the feasibility of implementing it.
(and I confirm the erroneous Steam display in the properties of the game (updates tab), which is obviously ambiguous).
I have removed all prior +1 posts and any users posting further +1 posts will be acted on with some sort of mod action.
I am aware of this request and am looking into. If there are more spamming bumps to this thread I will also consider locking it.
