no route to platform 2

so i have a 2 level staircase and no signage i try will make this work people getting off lower train can walk up the stairs but no one will go down them i have tried every combination i have exit platform one and platform 2 thats it lol so no combontion of this work any suggestions

also in screenshot i was trying plat 1 on one side and 2 on other but i have also tried exit as its not green in screenshot

i would love to know how to fix this as i was really enjoying the game until this nonsense happened :(

Hi Rob,
The first issue I see is that there is no route from the platform back to the exit. To fix this you will need to have stairs which point back to the exit. (If I remember correctly the stairs can't point to both platforms and exits, however escalators can.)

The other thing to check is that you have turnstiles configured to point at both platforms.

thank you for your reply before i took the screenshot i had the stairs closets to the wall configered to the exit saldey nothing happened . but i was to focused on trying to fix problem and i lost so its a moot point lol ill see in next game if same thing happeneds fingers crossed .

i havent unlocked escalators yet im only on world 3 of campain but mabey thats the work around to a multi level stair thanks for the info parciviel and taking the time to reply :)

I know it sounds like a silly question, but have you got a turnstile configured to access platform 2?

haha that what it was slowpsycho now i feel damn silly my last game was lost cause i did not even think to check the turnstile thanks both of ya for the replys time to try that level again :)
