Out of bonds

Soo. Im on the last one and I need to buy 5 platforms but I cant get enough bonds cause they arent available. Rly? =)

If your save was started prior to the change of staff having a hire cost rather than bonds to hire it was possible to overspend bonds on staff resulting in this issue.

Following that update on 12th June any campaigns started after this date should no longer be able to have this issue.

Remember that there will also be a progress wipe on Tuesday at approximately 1700 UTC.
