Loki
Dexterity bugged.
Just an FYI - increasing Dexterity actually reduces chances to hit instead of increasing it. So never, NEVER put in any more points than what you need for your weapon. Bow damage is increased by Strength anyway so the stat is basically meaningless.

Same for Loki:Under the spell of the gods.
Devs haven't learned from the mistake or don't know about it.
Any idea how to fix it?

There is a reference to this in the manual.
You an access the manual in the game directory/Manual/English/

According to the manual, "Chance to Hit" means the chance that you have to hit an enemy with the same dexterity as you. NOT an enemy with the same level as you.

This means that if you increase your dexterity, your CtH might go down, because now it refers to an enemy with a higher dexterity (and a higher chance to dodge).

This is confusing and pointless, and it doesn't give you a good indication about chances to hit the enemies that you are actually fighting against, but the problem is with the information you get in the character window, not with the effectiveness of raising your dexterity
