The game is slow for me, is this happening to anyone else?

Game of Norms.I have a video of 1050.maybe I need to play around in the settings of the video card.Maybe PhysX is turned off or...? Try to set up dgVoodoo 2.8+ correctly.

Yes, I have the video card and drivers enabled. I have tried opening with backward compatibility settings and it doesn't work. The game starts well, but then the movements get slow.
