Still having trouble with adapter
So I have been having a problem with my Gamecube/Wii U Adaptor while using "Massive's Gamecube Adapter", it keeps telling me that "GCN Adapter not detected." Even when it's plugged in. I have attempted only plugging in only the black cable, putting the cable into different ports while having everything else disconnected such as my mouse and still nothing. It couldn't be my adapter's fault since it is brand new and not pre-owned by anyone else and the program has worked just fine in the past so is there a way to fix this problem or at this pont should I just use a different program to allow the use of my Gamecube Controler?

I recommend following the guide on Anther's Ladder if you haven't in order to use vjoy. https://www.smashladder.com/guides/view/26oz/controller-guide-2-0

As useful as this is I was wondering if I could somehow still use the program I am curently using. If not than thank you for directing me to this guide and I am use it will come in handy if the program I am using is found to be unusable

I am just not familiar enough with that program to comment on it. Some general advice would be to see if it's working in another game/Dolphin, try seeing if it works via DInput (check all of them on the in game menu and see if it appears), and use the same USB port you installed the drivers on originally. Sometimes PCs can be weird

Update: I went to settings and selected "Bluetooth and Other Devices" and I think I have figured out the problem just not a solution yet

When checking my devices it shows my mouse and adapter, with the adapter saying "Wee Gamecube Adapter 3rd, Driver Error" I mayself have no idea what this means but I can only assume that the program I am using is no longer the problem but the Adapter itself is. However, I am still unsure how to fix it
