Can't figure out the controls

I picked keyboard and wanted to change some of the keys in config but I don't know how to erase some of them.

I also wanted to use a ps4 controller but I don't know how to change back, I've checked all over and still can't switch if I wanted to.

You edit your controller inputs for controllers like the ps4 control from the Controllers menu in the main meny (you enable them in the DirectInput - pros only section), on the bottom there you got the 'Reset Directinput' .

If you want to use your keyboard to play you move into the game mode you wanna play, and move your cursor with the arrow keys to select that you want to play with keyboard. Then you move down to your character box and push space to enter keyboard control setup. There you can assign keyboard buttons to moves, and also push 'Reset To Default' to reset it.
