Zelle
Multiple ending <spoiler ahead>
I've beat the game myself in three sittings (fantastic game btw) and achieve rank A and I thought to myself, if this game follow the same troupe as other rpg horror game, there's must be multiple ending so I go search for it on the internet

But as you expect, since this game is an underground gem, there aren't a lot of people playing it.
Not all hope was lost though cause I found this website https://www.bijutsukukann.com/zelle-1 which expand the lore more outside the game (give it a good read if you wanted to learn the lore a lot more plus there's also a better description info on the char, for e.g did you know that the kid that we're playing as is called Emerada and not Zelle, Zelle is the world name, surprising right?)

Anyway back on the topic, there;s is only 1 rank that'll change the ending a bit which is rank Zelle or Z (based on the site, rank A,B,C and S only change a few dialogue for Zogzo which IMO aren't qualified enough to be called another ending). To achieve this rank, you need to get all C rank in all the fight which mean you must exorcise all the demon with exact 1 second left. If you manage to get this rank, a special char will appear in the ending that doesn't appear anywhere else and he/she/it will have a small talk with you

Since I don't have a lot of spare time as of writing this, I would love to hear about it if any of you can manage to get it and share it with me in form of video or so:HatHealth::lunar2020halodragon:

I did another run of the game to see the Z rank ending. I was really curious about it too since I couldn't find any info on it online. I don't have a video but I can sum it up for those who are interested (spoilers obviously):

After the credits instead of seeing Zogzo one last time the godess open the screen (as she did right after the first fight). There is a blocked/hidden card and a counter (as in some of the later fights in the game), when clicking on it the card will open and reveal the word 'zelle' in red.
Then the godess congratulates you, saying that you got Z-Rank (which is, in fact, shorts for "Zelle rank") due to obtaining C-rank in all the fights. She adds that it is normaly impossible to obtain C-rank in all the fights unless you specifically try to reach it by waiting to the very last second to win them; and thus only those who are bored of regular fights and who want to experience the sweet euphoria of winning at the very last second would obtain Z-rank.
She also tells you that the resentment and the hatred of people in hell become demons that warriors must fight (nothing new here, the game already tell you this)
While the godess congratulate you (the player) by saying you perfectly fit the job, she also says that the character you were controlling is not quite at your level "because his heart strives too much for peace"lik her when she was a child.
Then the godess tell you a bit about her past. She tells you that it makes her remember when she was a child walking with her mom in the celestial garden. Sometimes she slowed down or stopped walking and saw her mother going far far away without noticing that her child wasn't following her; but then the godess would cry and her mother would come right away to make her feel secure again. While the godess admit this is far from escaping death at the very last second, she see some sort of connection between that and her past experiences.
As she remembers her past self, she begins to cry. She reveals that, in fact, she is tired about all this saint warriors thing, that she feels like a tool used by (higher) gods, and that she misses her mother who would reassure her in a moment such like this.
But then things become really strange. The face of the godess opens (vertically) in half, revealing some sort of little red round creature in it. Then the game zooms on it, and the creature suddenly says "I found you!". A cutscene plays where you see a computer and human hands (in other words, representing the player behind their computer) before showing this red creature grabing you. After that, the screen fades to pitch black while one of the track of the game play on loop (I don't remember which track it was, just that it is used somewhere else in the game and that it gives an unsettling feeling). I closed the game then reopen it to see if anything changed, but the game launch properly and loading my savefile bring me right before
the final boss fight (as in another playthrough). However I don't know if it changed anything to the rest the game somehow (like in Undertale for example) or not. [/spoilers]

I surely missed some details but I tried to remember it as much as possible. Also, sorry for the typos and for my bad english (I played the game in another langage so I don't know some of the terms the english translation use).

To be honest, it brings more questions than explanations to me. Maybe one day we will have more answers? In the meantime, I think it may be interesting to see some discussions about it.
