[Critical Failure]

Joshyy has posted Arcadia is back in development! What would you like to see in the next update? Here are my thoughts:

-Local high score board
-Fix gamepad support
-Stop abbreviating the score! (1000 points shows up as 1,. That crap has to stop.)
-Either add more music or an integrated mp3 player

Those are my picks. What do you all want to see done with this game?

I like the basic gameplay as is. Just some graphical tweaks and a few glitches fixed would be nice. For instance, the plain white 'ship' needs to look better. I played all the old Atari 2600 to 5200 games back in the old nybble and 8 bit days of games so I remember when The Asteroids gunner looked almost identical to Arcadia's gunship, but this is 2013. The gameplay is plenty of nostalgia for me. I want just a little better graphics these days. As for the glitches, well the in-game options menu shows up overlaying everything already onscreen. That needs cleaned up a bit so it either blanks the screen, or at least doesn't let elements outside the options box get mixed into that frame. Also the 'configure' window that can be launched before the game is only marginally functional right now. The color changers don't save for me when I change the grid or xhair color there. Also the color change numerical fields are a little twichty with the decimal place. a simple integer range for each RGB value works fine. Please fix that. Otherwise, I'm happy with the game for my $5. (:
