Is the translation still bad?

So I found PM2 back in the early 2000's when abandonware was still a thing and I really enjoyed it. I was pretty frustrated when I found out there wasn't any attempts at translating the other games.

Then they started to show up on STEAM and I was so thrilled. I found out today that PM5 was avaible on STEAM now, only to see a ton of bad reviews for the game. Most of them seem to complain about the translation job, which I can see being a big issue.

So, did they ever work on the translation or is it still as bad as people were saying it was 7 months ago?

Thats a shame, I really want to support these guys, but not if the translation is effed in the eh.

I am only a few month into the game and while there are a few things were you look at it and think "whaaaaat?! i don´t even get what they want from me in this menu!" i got over it fairly quickly... most of the game is perfectly playable.

Yeah, people say "you should buy the game even if it's a bad job to support this company and ensure that more games get brought over", but I don't WANT to support the company because they're lazy, sloppy and generally bad, and I don't WANT them doing more cruddy releases of games that deserve better. I'd have a better time downloading a rom and using a fan translation patch. CFK could do better if they gave a damn, but they don't give a damn, so why the hell should I support them? Let them go out of business and let the licenses fall to someone who actually cares enough to give us a version of the product that isn't BAD!
