we all got out limits, this is mine, sadly cause the game was really awesome up to this point.
If you're still interested in taking another crack at it then I've got some patch notes here that might interest ya!

I'm not doing friend requests just to solve a stupid puzzle, just wrap the answer in spoiler tags, that's what they're designed for.

Aw cool that'll save a ton of time! I didn't know you could do that. Thanks!
The code is 1555. It's the time on the grandfather clock, only in military time.

Thanks, but can I ask how you're meant to catch this if you missed it first time, since the mannequin keeps killing you when you return to the hallway?

Use your heart rate suppression to get past it if you have to back track.

Doesn't work, she always walks up to me and insta kills me.
darkroomindiegames  [developer] Oct 25, 2017 @ 9:25am
No kidding? That sounds like a bug for sure! I've never encountered it before. I'll fire up the game and try to reproduce it. Thank you for the tip!
Evil incarnate Oct 25, 2017 @ 9:27am
And now she's insta killing me after opening the safe...
darkroomindiegames  [developer] Oct 25, 2017 @ 9:30am
Now I know it's an odd bug since somebody here has already completed the game. Something wonky must have went on with the coding somewhere in your game then. You may have to try reloading your last save point.
Evil incarnate Oct 25, 2017 @ 9:36am
Well, gonna have to request a refund since this is a game breaking bug. Right after solving the safe, she appears and you're given about 2 seconds to do SOMETHING to avoid her? Heart Suppression doesn't work, running doesn't work, retreating back into the light doesn't work, what in the living ♥♥♥♥ was I supposed to do?
Nokzen Oct 25, 2017 @ 9:38am
you can hide from her after opening the safe, with the heart suppression, but that is all you can do, cant move while doing this so you will fail at some point?
need help too

Did you try reloading your last save? It sounds like something really weird is going on with your game. It's not a common thing, seeing how plenty of people have been playing and you're the only one who has encountered it.
If you feel you must, then get your refund. It's $4, and if you don't feel it's worth it then I totally understand and I apologize for the inconvenience.
