missing a purchased ship

Hi there
I recently bought a ship customization pack, which included a few free things like one of the premium ships. Since I restarted my saved game I cant find that ship anywhere?
Anyone else experienced the same? Any tips? Besides contacting support which I will do if theres no solution in sight.

Well for one, I believe it's because that you restarted your save game.
The premium ships are not, buy once and you have that one of a kind ship. Sure it's one of a kind but you can have as many as you buy. Meaning they are not permanent. They can sink and disappear from your game as quick as you can restart your save game.

Simply saying, it's gone with the save game you overwrote

Note: this is only an assumption, through my understanding. These ships are not permanent at all

I believe you might be right, in which case this totally sucks, and its definitely not worth buying any premium ship whatsoever. Even so I don't regret the purchase; it's a free game and Ive played it for quite a few hours, so I wanted to give something back.

Yes I tried that but it only restored the ship customization pack (for ship appearance only) which I had bought. The new ship came as an announced extra with any purchase.

I transferred all my crew from the galleon to a second rank ship after a battle.
returned to the port my galleon was gone and I do not find it anymore.
I had done all the upgrades.
I do not have the saves on the Cloud.
is there a way to recover it?
the galleon I'm talking about is the one with which you start the game.
