How to report suspicious players/hackers

Hi everyone!

So it has come to our attention that not everyone is aware of the "report" button at the end of a match. After playing a game, should you notice someone who was suspicious, click on their name on the end-game screen (where everyone's points are listed).

A report button will pop up! Press on the red button to report them.

Alternatively, should you have more details (i.e. screenshots, videos), please do send them along to our customer care department (reach them via your in-game "Settings", the little gear icon, --> "Customer Care"). They can then touch base with the anti-hacking team in a confidential matter to look into reports!

What if it is the whole squad? I just played a match with a team with: 512, 244, 346, and 504 trohpies. I have 1,683. I used a powerful agent and only got 6 kills. That whole team was suspicious. Not sure how they did it but they knew excatley where I was going to be and when i was going to shoot. They might even have a one click hack button. Might want to check in on that.

And I need this game to have an antihack soon, the characters are running out of nowhere, high firing rate if it continues so unfortunately it will be another forgotten fps. I am seeing a lot of hacking in the matches there are people who come to give up playing with the team due to the hacks, besides the game having a bad balance in the games.

two more players with speed hacks i found today one of them was named
ZZZZZZ and both wer suing kan as their main as soon as the match sdtarted they somehow bolted towards our location and killed the whole team couldnt even get a single shot in and never could kill them bnoth because they moved at lightning fast speeds.

also i keep getting disconnected from servers am i being ddosed or are the serverss this laggy?? this didnt happen beofre onlly today and it has made me lose rankss from being at the diamon league to down to platinum at a single star and no matter weht i do i keep geting disconneceted mif match Also one team latin boys are level 25 and they keep getting matched with elvel 25 or level 20 teams how is that any fair? our whole team gets a single shot killed.

honestly how does a player get from 1500 trophies down to 968 in one day lols. i am talking about me ofc constant disconnections from servers mid match constant bugging out of game firing shots point blank and no hits. i honestly think either the servers are too overloaded or someone is ddosing
