Cutscenes, eh?
From what you've shown, this feels distinctly NOT Half-Life. To be truthful with you, while I respect the work you and your team has put into this game, I have a feeling this will be the Halo 4 of the Half-Life series. I hope you and your team take all the constructive criticism in mind and try and turn this sinking ship around. I'm sure you mean well, but you're making a lot of design choices that they did actively avoid in the original Half-Life.

The OST is very generic, not having that atmosphere Half-Life is known for. The budget looks great but a lot of models look poorly done, and the well made models were taken straight from Black Mesa. I also find it rather strange that in this Half-Life 2 era game, you show Gordon with his Mk4 HEV suit. Overall I'm hoping for the best but I'm very skeptical. Understand that the backlash is not without reason, and you definitely should take this all into account so we don't have another Halo 4 on our hands.

"Over 45 Minutes of cinematic cutscenes, creates the perfect taste to the story."

I felt the same when I read this paragraph.

The Half-Life series is famous for not having any cutscenes (except maybe for the intro and the outro) and still being able to tell a great story solely through its great, pure gameplay.

Well, while control is taken away many times through out HL2 and the episodes in particular, they are still all from Gordon's perspective, not cutscenes in the traditional sense.
