Where do I change the language setting for this game?

I've already changed the game settings in the Steam app's library to the language I want, but it's not being applied in the game.

Does anyone know what's wrong?

Try changing the game language to English and then back to your preferred language (Korean in your case, I guess?).
This should solve the problem.
There seems to be a bug in the steam app.
