i don't know for sure. As every other game by kuruga games requires 18+patch which is usually available on their website except for Meltys Quest.
maybe this game is uncensored on the go but if not above is a link for one.
(FYI the website have uncensored patch for pretty much most games)

i think its the in the link above, but as many people pointed it out the game is uncensored on the go so its hardly worth the trouble

Okay uhhhmmm I guess the general opinion is, that the game is already censored, but for some people it hasn't worked right?

Anyway, No patch is needed it seems.

for anyone wanting to know i have beaten this game and no patch is needed to decensor it you must raise you "slut level" to get melty to do various things (start by losing battles on purpose)
