There are tons of monsters and most Hentai scenes are related to losing to monsters or bosses. There is also content like getting pregnant from Monsters and such.

Also the game is not uncensored on Steam, its heavily censored.
BUT the developer provides an uncensor patch to download right here in the forum.
That patch completely uncensors the game, including the mosaic censorship of the Japanese version.
But its "technically" sold censored, the reason why Steam is ok with it.
They dont care what you do to your game AFTER you bought it.
Not their responsibility.

I don't think it's as extreme as VH. Also it's art looks more modern, whereas VH had a very old maybe 90's artstyle in my eyes. Your girl could be truly messed up if you just had her get plowed the whole game, whereas Meltys is much more subdued. She's still a hoe, but not to the point that even her body looks worn out.

From what I've read it seems the game relies mostly on text and CG for the sex scenes, whereas Violated Heroine uses a lot of sprite sex and animations. That's a big difference and as for myself I'm not that fond of CG or huge blocks of erotic text.
