There's a glitch spot in Warehouse where the cat or owl can't get you and kill you (even with the owl's instant kill flash).
Crowbar and Cat's tail achievements (atleast for me) are broken and didn't unlock for me and this may be the case for some other achievements.
When launching the game with SteamVR installed, the game will launch SteamVR with it (this is mainly the fault of Unreal Engine as it defaults with VR support enabled which i'm guessing the developers didn't run into this issue as they don't use VR).
Sometimes when trying to connect to an online game the game will just boot you to the main menu screen.
Trying to charge too close to a wall in multiplayer just makes you stand there and do nothing.
If you stun or escape the animatronic (in multiplayer) you won't be able to get past it if you're in a corner or in a hiding spot (not entirely a glitch, but still should be fixed/changed).
Sometimes multiplayer will spawn an extra character which will stand there and do nothing (only encountered this once though and i wasn't the animatronic so i don't know if they could kill it).
I might have ran into more, but i can't remember (or might just not know they're a glitch). If i encounter more (since i'm going to replay it in hardcore) i'll add it to the list. Hopefully this will help.
I'm simply adding to the discussion about the bugs that should be fixed.
Fair enough, i'd recommend trying to contact them on social media (twitter and facebook) since they seem alot more active there and may respond.
