You don't need a lot of tactic. The game is to simple on easy and medium.
Strategy is simple as hell.
Get Infrastracture to 10 as soon as possible, ignore everithing else except Investor seeking.
When done buy the best server for each region. This lowers your costs dramatacilly.
Only employ people with at least 3 in development.
Build "ratio" (Des:Tec) easy 1:1 , medium 2:1, hard 1:2.
Also their seems to be a bug the Tarreace building is for free.
