"A Different Kind of War" Bug?

I am stuck at Dr Fontaine's office in the last mission "A Different Kind of War". I checked the walkthroughs and I have all the clues listed for that location, however after finishing the tracing in the walkthroughs, it goes to a cut scene with dialogue from Phelps about the case being "Eminent Domain" and then you go back to being Jack. However mine never goes to that cut scene and I cannot proceed with the case. Anyone else have this?

I've restarted the case, it worked for me.

I had the same issue and restarting the case worked for me too. But it appears that looking at the newspaper might be necessary too! On the second time around, I had all the clues but no cut scene until I looked at the newspaper.
