It's $25 USD for now... no final decisions have been made about price when it's released on Steam.
But when it is on Steam... yes to regional pricing. Where are you, if you don't mind me asking?

Yes, he did promise that, but i guess things happened, as someone else who owns there own bussiness, I'd hope this was a vauluble lesson for them in making sure they can back up there promises, but i hear they've done this before... In anyevent, im just suprissed its actually out, but yeah, $24 is a bit much for now, as much as i want it now, ill have to wait and see what others say to see if its actually worth it.

He said many times over the last two years that he had to change the free upgrade to a paid one as he restarted the project with a hired crew and built up the new version from scratch instead of just adding features to the old version.
