Resolution Problem

Whenever I launch this game, the resolution seems wrong. I launch the game and it is full screen, but it only shows the top left portion of the game, the bottom right cuts off. Doesn't fit the entire game on the screen correctly. Anyone know how to fix this problem? I couldn't find any resolution settings.

I have solved the issue. Here is how I fixed it:

I opened compatibility properties and checked the box to override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: Application.

Guess Windows 10 doesn't scale the game properly on some desktops.
