all of "easy" and a few "medium" puzzles was good and offer somewhat nice revelation moments. but after that, i just not having fun solving the remaining tedious puzzles. which introduced in a very steep learning curve and only feature the 1-way correct solution with NO margin of error (too annoying). but the most weird aspect of the game is that it's so damn hard to imagine the 3d shape of the puzzle (other sokoban-like puzzles only use 2d space, or a very simple 3d one). maybe this is my fault alone that i'm not yet evolved into a 3d-puzzler...

Felt very similar to A Good Snoman is Hard to Build but not as enjoyable. My main issue is the mechanics of the pipes are not intuitive: when you push a pipe piece with your character that causes the pipe to rotate vs when there is a piece between you are pushing that same section but it does not cause the pipe to rotate. This is inconsistent and physically inaccurate, and the pipes and characters are not even shown as touching each other so it is much harder to comprehend these sorts of interactions.

The puzzles do not really build on each other or get more difficult but the bonus levels are just pure difficulty with no guidance or difficulty curve into them., just different configurations that don't take much more thought beyond the previous stages and rely more on trial and error to solve. The "final" level is really good, but when you finish it you have to push a piece all the way back to the start and cannot restart the final level until you do, and if you finish it and go back to replay the final level and beat it that piece spawns again and the game is locked into the sequence of pushing that piece to the start which locks the camera to the path forcing you to close the game if you want to continue playing normally.. On top of everything the visuals are just not pleasing to look at and there's some thrown in characters with dialogue that just make me uncomfortable.

There isn't really anything that stands out about this game, but I can tell there is something here, and I'm definitely looking forward to the next game from this dev (Bonfire Peaks). As for PPP, it is outclassed by A Good Snowman, or if you're really looking for a creative challenge try Baba is You.

The game fails at basic accessibility --- you can't remap the controls, so you likely won't be able to play this game if you have a physical disability.

TL;DR 3/10 phone ported puzzle; 1 constrained path

Phone games are not all bad. The global map has an unnecessary walk to each level with nonsensical NPCs who give trite comments. I suppose that this was invented to give some sense of cohesion. Felt tacked on.

Each level is highly constrained to 1 solution pathway. With NO pull mechanism (stay off the walls), push pieces into place. Pipes will rotate if you push from the right spot, but will not rotate if pushing multiple blocks.
Overall, it seemed like it would be fun and interesting; I did not enjoy it. Not terrible 3/10

Pipe Push Paradise is a top-down 2D/3D puzzle game set on a cartoony tropical island where you push and roll various pipes to connect points on the puzzle grid together. The game cleverly connects the levels by having you walk between them instead of bouncing back to the menu. The puzzles are inventive enough to keep you thinking.

The game supports 4K resolution and has a small number of generic graphics settings. Controls are fixed but work well enough. The key issue here is price, this is not by any means a triple-A game, it feels more like a mobile game but the developers want $14.50 for it. It may be worth considering if there's a very steep sale, but I couldn't recommend this as-is given the pricing and genre/complexity/substance, given you can get AAA games for cheaper.
