oh so sorry its a "chronic autoimmune disorder" still an easy thing to add to get them ESG points
Is that just so crazy or is it me???? Why not push dark skinned blacks as their strong characters???
ESG rating agencies, DEI oriented funds and investors, the unnelected bureaucrats in Brussels, the WEF and similar "lets enshittify the human condition" organizations have a scoring system in place where every, ahem, effort to signal virtue by adding another, ahem, diversity gets a media product a certain number of points.
The more points they score the more money the "studios" get from them to buy avocado sandwiches and soy lattes with.
It would be interesting, though, if there are different numbers of points handed out for different... diversities.
Lets hope that somebody leaks something at some point.
Edit: "pronouns" seem to get them a lot of points, I think... can't think of another reason why this weird nonsense is so ubiquituous.
theres so many other things they could add before that, but they wont bc they havent thought about it and are just jumping on the bandwagon like the idiots they are.
This particular weird fetishization of Vitiligo started with Domino's race-swapping in the Deadpool 2 movie. The usual suspects saw that and went, "Wow! Such diversity, much inclusive!" Since then, the DEI advocates have tried to make characters with Vitiligo look cool but never succeeded. And it always ends up being cringe-worthy because they never portray Vitiligo as a skin condition that some people unfortunately have. It's always treated as a makeup prop they think all POCs want to put on their characters.
TL;DR: the socialists think Vitilligo is cool and fetishize it; that's why it's become a diversity prop which you see in explicitly DEI-themed works of "art." You'll see more of it in the future.
Well said.
Sometimes they do that.
They turned the Paladin from Diablo 2 to be as "African" looking as possible, bordering on stereotype, while the original Paladin looked like Denzel Washington lol.
